I designed, animated and scripted the text-driven video templates and assets for several of the Gizmodo, Jezebel, Splinter, Earther, and the Root. The goal was to keep things snappy and minimalist, because we already have enough stuff to worry about. Editors would be given the text-driven templates to work with, that would re-size automatically depending on the amount of text. I'm putting the bumpers up first because they're more fun to look at.
